The Big Task

Sell projects to residential and commercial clients across a variety of trades. You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals. With over 30 years of service in our local area, lead flow is constant, and business is good! NO COLD CALLING OR DOOR KNOCKING REQUIRED. 

Key Sub Tasks

  • Service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their project needs and building customers for life. 
  • Meet with customers in person, deliver proposal at time of appointment and follow up as needed until project is booked. 
  • Participate actively in marketing efforts to drive lead generation. This includes but is not limited to asking for referrals, social media efforts, and contacting old/dead prospects and customers. 
  • Create and maintain marketing materials. 
  • Ensure that the written proposal accurately, specifically and clearly defines both the needs of the customer. 
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of growing sales in any organization. 
  • The ability to build rapport with our customers and close deals. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. 

Requirements

  • Safe record and valid driver’s license. 
  • Background check and drug screening prior to official offer. 
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 
  • College degree preferred.
